You've called your providers before. You know how much of a hassle it is. Our expert bill negotiators do this all day, everyday. We'll find you the best rates, loyalty discounts and promotional credits, and you can do...anything else you want.

If you don't see your bill listed here, one of our friendly Savings Experts will be happy to help.
The only bills we can't help you with are regulated utilities, credit cards or medical bills. All bills must be in good standing.

Electricity: We're currently lowering electric bills in Texas only.

How much money will you save me?

Everyone's bills and usage are unique. Our handy savings calculator can give you a good idea of how much money we can save you based on our average savings.

We may save you $5 or $200 per month on only one bill. BillCutterz typically saves our residential customers hundreds per year. While we cannot guarantee that we can save everyone the same amount of money on similar bills, we will work diligently to obtain the best savings for you. Even a savings of $10 per month on one bill adds up to $120 a year.

What do I have to do?

Just send us your bills, answer a few questions and we'll take it from there! Your Savings Expert will call your providers on your behalf and negotiate lower rates on your monthly bills. It takes a few minutes to get started, and then it's our turn to get to work.

Authorization: For security purposes, some providers won't let us negotiate without you authorizing us. For these bills, you can add your negotiator as an authorized user in order to negotiate, or we can call using your name to avoid the hassle.

How much does it cost?

To ensure you are receiving the best deals possible, we work for you, not your service providers. This means in order to serve you better, we must charge a fee for our service. We are so confident in our ability to save you money that we only charge you if we save you money. If we don't save you money, there is no charge to you, whatsoever.

We split the savings with you for the first 12 months. This means you get 50% of the savings, and we get 50% of the savings. So if we save you $20 per month for 12 months, you get $10 and we get $10 each month. If we save you money for longer than one year, we only split the savings with you for the first 12 months and everything else is all yours.

We also offer an additional 10% discount for customers who wish to pay in full on their first invoice.

I'm a business or a non-profit. Can you negotiate my bills?

Yes! We can work with individuals and households, small and large businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Basically, if you are over 18 years old and have a monthly bill, we can help you save money.

Will I have to switch providers or change features?

We will only make changes to features or services on your account (other than adding discounts, credits or promotions) with your permission. Our goal is to get you savings without changing your service at all. We do analyze your bill to ensure you are on the right plan, and if your Savings Expert sees an opportunity for savings with a plan change, he or she will let you know of the potential savings, and will make changes with your permission.

In the case of electricity bills, you may be required to switch providers to get the best rates. If this is the case, we will make our recommendation, but the decision is yours. Find out more about saving money on electricity.

Is my personal information safe with BillCutterz?

Absolutely. We treat your personal information as if it were our own. Our website and your information is encrypted, so we make sure your information is always protected.

We do not share, rent or sell your personal information. For more information, read our privacy policy.

If you opt-in to insurance or auto loan quotes with a partner company, you will send them personal information during the process.

What if I move or cancel service after you saved me money?

We don't bill you for savings you don't receive. So if you move or cancel service, just let us know and we'll stop billing you. If you paid up front, we'll give you a refund.

If you know you will be moving or canceling service, let us know before we negotiate and we'll make sure to get the best deal for your remaining time with your service provider.

How do I get my bills to you?

The best thing to do is download a billing statement from your provider's website and add it to your BillCutterz account.

You can also scan paper statements or take a high quality photo. We prefer PDF or JPG file extensions.
Make sure to include the first few pages that outline your services, features and pricing.
