If you do not see your bill listed here, one of our friendly Savings Experts will be happy to assist you.
The only bills we can't help you with are regulated utilities, credit cards or medical/student loans. All bills must be in good standing.
Electricity is regulated in some states. We're currently negotiating electricity bills in Texas only.

Insurance: We can help you find the best rates on all types of insurance.
Car Payments: We can help you find the best rates on new and used auto loans and auto refinancing.

Do you work with businesses and non-profit organizations?

Yes! We can work with individuals and households, small and large businesses, and non-profit organizations, including houses of worship.

Basically, if you are over 18 years old and have a monthly bill, we can help you save money.

What about credit cards, student loans and medical bills?

We currently do not negotiate debt, such as credit cards, student loans and medical bills.

Is there a cost for using BillCutterz?

Yes. To ensure you are receiving the best deals possible, we work for you, not your service providers. This means in order to serve you better, we must charge a fee for our service. We are so confident in our ability to save you money that we only charge you if we save you money. If we don't save you money, there is no charge to you, whatsoever.

We split the savings with you for the first 12 months. This means you get 50% of the savings, and we get 50% of the savings. So if we save you $20 per month for 12 months, you get $10 and we get $10 each month. If we save you money for longer than one year, we only split the savings with you for the first 12 months and everything else is all yours.

We also offer an additional 10% discount for customers who wish to pay in full on their first invoice.

How does BillCutterz work?

BillCutterz offers expert bill negotiation services to lower your monthly bills. We call your service providers on your behalf and negotiate discounts. We are NOT a bill consolidation service, and we only work with current and active accounts. Find out more about how BillCutterz works.

How much can I save using BillCutterz?

Each customer's needs and usage are unique. Our handy savings calculator can give you a good idea of how much money we may be able to save you based on current customers' average savings.

We may save you $5 or $200 per month on only one bill. BillCutterz typically saves our customers hundreds per year. While we cannot guarantee that we can save every individual the same amount of money on similar bills, we will work diligently to obtain the best savings for you. Even a savings of $5 per month on one bill adds up to $60 a year.

Will I have to switch providers or change features?

We will only make changes to features or services on your account (other than adding discounts, credits or promotions) with your permission. Our goal is to get you savings without changing your service at all. We do analyze your bill to ensure you are on the right plan, and if your Savings Expert sees an opportunity for savings with a plan change, he or she will let you know of the potential savings, and will make changes with your permission.

In the case of some electricity bills, you may be required to switch providers to get the best rates. If this is the case, we will make our recommendation, but the decision is yours.

What about my current contract with a provider?

Your contracts with your current service providers generally do not change when using BillCutterz. Sometimes we can obtain greater savings with a contract agreement extension, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case and the decision will be up to you. We will not agree to contract extensions or any change in service without your permission.

What if you do not save me any money?

If we do not save you any money then there is NO charge to you. That is our promise to you.

What happens after my discounts expire?

Savings continue for as long as you like because BillCutterz can negotiate new savings before your current discounts expire. When your savings period is almost over, we'll contact you and start the savings process over again.

Can I negotiate myself?

Yes. You can negotiate your own monthly bills, however we have found that we are able to consistently save you much more money per bill than you could save on your own. We do this all day, every day, and have been honing our techniques since 2009.

We encourage our customers to shop around, but we factor in things like services you don't use, contract length and termination fees, just to name a few. Plus, we personalize your savings based on your individual needs so you can be sure we are getting the best possible rates for you.

What personal info do you need from me?

Most of your service providers have strict security policies in place to protect your personal information, which is plain good business. In order for us to achieve large discounts for you, we will need to prove to them that we have your permission to negotiate on your behalf. Sometimes that means a special word or phrase, or the last 4 digits of your SSN.

Is my personal information safe with BillCutterz?

Absolutely. We treat your personal information as if it were our own.

Our website and your information is encrypted, so we make sure your information is always protected.

We do not share, rent or sell your personal information. If you opt-in to insurance or auto loan quotes with a partner company, you will send them personal information during the quote process.

How does billing work?

Once your savings are set to appear on your statements from your service providers, we will send you an invoice for our fee. On your first BillCutterz invoice, you will get an option to pay in full and save an additional 10%, or you can pay monthly. We process payments securely through Stripe and PayPal to ensure your safety at all times – we do not personally see or store your credit/debit card information.

What countries does BillCutterz work with?

We currently offer our bill negotiation services to customers in the United States and Canada.

What if I move in a few months?

We don’t bill you for any savings you don’t receive. If you’re planning to move in a few months, let your Savings Expert know and he or she will attempt to get savings that maximize the amount of time left you have with your current provider. If the savings happen to continue for longer than you plan to stay, we wouldn’t bill you past your cancellation date. Then we’d get to work saving you money on your bills at your new home.

What if my bill goes up after you negotiated for me?

If your monthly bill increases after we have negotiated for you, contact your Savings Expert who will be able to help you find out what happened.

Can I deny or refuse a discount?

If the discount involves changing your service or features, we will get your permission before making any changes to your account. However, if the discount does not change your service or features, the discount will go into effect at the time of negotiation and can't be refused.

Do I have to sign a contract with BillCutterz?

You may cancel your account with us at anytime and we will not negotiate on your behalf moving forward. If we have already saved you money at the time of cancellation, you will still owe 50% of the savings less any discounts on the BillCutterz fee.
